Yeezy Size Calculator —
What Size Should You Buy?
Yeezys run narrow and small. This calculator tells you exactly what size to order for every Yeezy model — Boost 350 V2, 500, 700, Foam Runner, and Slide.
| Yeezy Model | Sizing Verdict | What to Order | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Yeezy Boost 350 V2 | Size Up ½ | ½ size up from normal | Very narrow Primeknit upper; most common Yeezy sizing complaint |
| Yeezy Boost 380 | Size Up ½ | ½ size up from normal | Similar last to 350 V2; same narrow fit |
| Yeezy Boost 500 | True to Size | Your normal size | Wider suede/mesh upper accommodates more foot shapes |
| Yeezy Boost 700 | True to Size | Your normal size | Chunky runner — comfortable TTS across widths |
| Yeezy Boost 700 MNVN | True to Size | Your normal size | Consistent with 700 sizing |
| Yeezy Foam Runner | Size Up 1 | 1 full size up | Mold-injected EVA with no standard sizing — runs very small |
| Yeezy Slide | Size Up 2 | 2 full sizes up | Only available in whole sizes; runs extremely small |
Do Yeezys run small?
Yes — the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 is the most common offender. Its narrow Primeknit last causes most buyers to size up half a size. Wide-footed buyers often size up a full size. The Yeezy 500 and 700 are exceptions — those run true to size with a more accommodating upper.
Yeezy Foam Runner sizing — why are they so confusing?
Foam Runners are only made in whole sizes and use a completely different mold-injected construction. They run small and stiff when new, and they're not available in half sizes. Most buyers go up one full size. If you're between sizes (e.g. normally a 10.5), go up to 12 in Foam Runner sizing.
Finding Yeezys in your size
Since Yeezys are limited release and often only available on the resale market, filtering by your correct Yeezy size — not your normal sneaker size — is critical. Use the calculator above to get your number, then shop directly in that size on GOAT or StockX.
